Harmony-Ho Holsteins was established near Stratford Wisconsin, the heart of Marathon County, in 1989 by 4th generation dairy producers Ralph and Sharon Bredl and daughters Martine and Rachel. Today Harmony-Ho Holsteins is home to 450 High Genetic merit Registered Holsteins whose milk is processed into cheese at the family owned Harmony Specialty Dairy Foods.
Harmony Specialty Dairy Foods was established in May 2008 with the purchase of the 'Cloverbelt Plant' at Edgar, Wisconsin for the purpose of producing 'single farm' Victorian Era and Super Kosher cheeses using traditional, handcrafted techniques.
